V-CHECK

Device for glaze viscosity control.

V-Check is designed to continuously monitor the viscosity of ceramic glazes and slips and to signal through an alarm any value that falls outside the tolerance range set by the operator.
DESCRIPTION AND OPERATION:
The device is installed between the feeding pump and the application machine and continuously controls the viscosity value of the liquid product. The value will be determined in Centistokes (cSt) or Centipoise (cP) and displayed on the control panel. Should this value deviate from the Set-Point beyond the set tolerances, V-Check will signal the anomaly to the operator through audible and visual alarms. The device will automatically perform cleaning cycles. Can be installed on any type of tank.

V-CHECK PLUS:
With automatic viscosity correction through controlled dosing of additive, water or glaze.
