NUTATION SIEVE MODEL VKI

High-capacity nutation sieve, up to 4 selections. Possibility of installing ultrasonic system for instant screen cleaning with increased productivity.

Flat sieve with special circular movement with shocks. The classic use of VKI nutation sieves is the screening of extremely fine and/or light products. With “nutation” the product, instead of bouncing, flows spirally on the screen, increasing the passage possibilities of the product itself, guaranteeing an excellent degree of separation and, at the same time, high hourly capacities. VKI sieves consist of a pyramidal base in painted steel, topped by the screening unit in stainless steel, from one to four selections. All machines are supplied complete with cover. If necessary, it is possible to adopt systems for screen cleaning, of the “balls” or “cleaners” type.
OPTIONAL: Ultrasonic screen cleaning system that guarantees very high productivity in short times with immediate cleaning of the screening screens.
