I-WASH
System for automatic washing of airless coating booths, complete with electric pump and rotating nozzles. I-Wash enables systematic cleaning of coating booths through high-pressure water spraying, with washing of suction labyrinths and separate recovery of coatings.
Operating mode description: The booth washing is performed through rotating tubes equipped with adjustable nozzles, installed in the booth tank below the belt plane, while the suction labyrinths are washed through fixed nozzles properly positioned.
The system can operate in manual mode (the operator can decide when to start the cleaning cycle) or in automatic mode (washing will start automatically during the printing machine cleaning cycle). During the washing cycle, it will also be possible to clean the airless pump for coating, related tubing and spray guns. The device allows recovery of residual coating in the tank and diversion of wash water discharge.
