DSR
Roller machine for dry application of granules, frits, powders, sands and sintered glazes, characterized by ease of use, innovative feeding system and compact dimensions. It allows full-field application with just a few grams of material up to coverage with high quantities, with extremely uniform spreading on tiles up to 2000 mm wide.
Technical Specifications
The machine consists of: completely enclosed self-supporting structure to prevent powder leakage, motorized rubber-coated roller for extraction and dosing of the material to be applied, vibrating sieve unit, stainless steel collection tank with anti-intrusion system, powder feeding unit, powder transport and recycling, feeding hopper to the dosing roller with self-leveling distribution system.
Management is completely automatic, through an electrical control panel with PLC and programming keyboard. The DSR machine can be equipped with a separate feeding container (CF model) to increase its production autonomy.
In case of productions with glue screen printing before powder application, the system can be completed with the CGA model aspirator composed of cyclone with internal anti-wear coating, automatic discharge valve and balanced suction lances
This system can also be combined with an automatic pneumatic screening and recycling device that returns the recovered material inside the DSR machine
