Patented independent tile transport device for curtain glaze or engobe applications.

The system, composed of two elements with stainless steel structure and special anti-vibration grooved belts, allows glaze falling from bell or curtain type systems to be collected without contaminating the tile transport line. Each element is equipped with independent drive controlled through an electrical panel complete with inverter, start-stop buttons and emergency stop. Thanks to this device, the glaze or engobe curtain does not contaminate the transport line belts but is recovered directly in a dedicated tank and can be recirculated in the glazing system, avoiding considerable material waste and cleaning systems. The device can be installed directly on the existing transport line frame without interruptions and without structural modifications, and thanks to its particular construction does not require cleaning during operation. The tiles in transit do not undergo any speed variation, thus allowing uniform and constant glazing over time combined with a very low degree of wear of the special transport belts mounted on the device.
