DENSITY CONTROL MODEL D-CHECK

Device for monitoring and correcting the density of ceramic suspensions.

D-CHECK is designed to monitor the density of liquid glazes and engobes delivered by the vat pump, to automatically correct with water and signal through an alarm any density value that falls outside the set tolerance range.
DESCRIPTION AND OPERATION:
The cycle will start when the operator has filled the vat with dense glaze. D-Check will then proceed to dilute the glaze until it reaches the desired density, with the possibility of checking the achieved value. D-CHECK will continue to continuously monitor the glaze density and should it deviate from the set range, it will automatically correct it through appropriate water additions or signal any anomalies to the operator through an alarm. D-Check will automatically wash all internal circuits and sensors with water to ensure maximum reliability over time. Can be installed on any type of vat.
