MULTIGLAZE
Uniform slip and/or glazing station for tiles and special pieces. Composed of support frame, independent transport, application booth with orientable towers, automatic slip/glaze feeding system with recycling, automatic washing device with separate recovery of waste water and electronic management panel controlled by PLC and inverters.

AUTOMATIC WASHING DEVICE
Consisting of:
high-pressure electric pump; motorized rotating nozzles; electric control panel with PLC and photocell; set of solenoid valves for controlling water/glaze flow. The device performs accurate automatic washing, creating the necessary space on the glazing line. Washing can be performed manually by the operator by pressing a button or automatically every “x” minutes/hours. During washing, the booth’s waste water is automatically conveyed to a separate container or to the discharge channel.
Technical Specifications
All individual centrifugal units are adjustable in height, inclination, angle of incidence and direction of rotation. The independent transport ensures total slip/glaze recovery and facilitates installation on the production line. Color feeding occurs through a pneumatic pump with pulsation compensation system. New automatic cleaning system that allows excellent washing of all internal parts of the booth in just a few minutes with automatic glaze
Available in versions from 3 to 9 spray units and with lengths from 3000 to 5000 mm.
