Roller printer for slip application.

Roller machine for applying slips to the back of tiles to prevent contamination caused by direct contact between tiles and ceramic rollers in the kiln during the firing process. Q-Roll, thanks to its special laser-engraved silicone roller, allows regular and uniform application on the bottom surface of pieces, with the possibility of controlled weights even with surfaces that are not perfectly flat, thanks to an innovative roller alignment system. Q-Roll avoids any product waste, does not contaminate tile edges and allows printing of logos or other designs. Easy installation directly on the glazing line. Q-Roll presents itself as the most valid and advanced alternative to classic devices with Spingum tubes, ensuring
continuity of application, constant weights and excellent spreading even in case of imperfect flatness of pieces.
