D-GLAZE AUTOMATIC SYSTEM
Automatic system for the preparation, control and maintenance of liquid glazes and slips.
D-Glaze is an automatic system designed for controlling water-based ceramic suspensions (glazes, slips and crystallines) that require dilution and adjustment to a specific density before being used by any glazing machine. Ideal for preparing and feeding base glazes for subsequent decorations, D-Glaze ensures the desired quantity of product is always available and maintains constant density through automatic control devices with continuous cycle and automatic recirculation. The machine is designed to adapt to existing equipment in the glazing line, thus avoiding the need to purchase other new equipment dedicated to the device. D-Glaze can control the dosage of chemical additives or coloring bases. It is mounted on wheels for easy movement. Electronic management with PLC and color touch-screen.
OPERATING PRINCIPLE:
At the start of the cycle, the machine fills the tank to which it is connected with the glaze/slip to be diluted, taking it from the storage tank using the appropriate pump command. At the end of the filling procedure, the system begins to dilute the product with water through appropriate addition/mixing cycles until reaching the density set by the operator. Once the required density is reached, the product is ready to be sent to the feed tank of the user machine. Through a level probe installed on the user tank, the quantity of product contained is monitored and when it drops below the minimum quantity, D-Glaze automatically sends the glaze at the correct density until reaching the maximum quantity set. The glaze inside the tank connected to D-Glaze is kept under continuous control by the electronic densimeter and appropriately corrected if the density falls outside the set tolerance range. Density is reduced by adding water or increased by adding glaze taken from the storage tank. The cycle continues with this logic until complete emptying, after which it starts again from the beginning.

OPTIONAL:
Device for automatic control of viscosity of glazes, slips and crystallines. The device is integrated within D-Glaze and continuously controls the viscosity value of the product. The value will be determined in Centistokes (cSt)/Centipoise (cP) and displayed on the control panel. Should this value deviate from the Set Point beyond the set tolerances, it will signal the anomaly to the operator through audio and visual alarm.
