Roller printer for slip application.
Roller machine for printing on the bottom part of tiles in transit on the glazing line. The application of slips on the back of the tile prevents contamination caused by direct contact between the ceramic rollers of the kiln and the tile during firing.
Incorrect and non-uniform application of these products can cause serious consequences such as:
-rapid deterioration of ceramic rollers;
-deformation of tile flatness;
-unwanted accumulation of pieces in the kiln.
The consequences listed often have as their only solution burdensome and expensive operations both in terms of time and money, causing serious delays and losses in production.
Reverso, thanks to its application system with laser-engraved silicone cylinder, allows perfect and homogeneous spreading on the bottom surface of pieces, with the possibility of having controlled grammages. It avoids any product waste, does not contaminate tile edges, and allows printing of logos or other designs.
Available with silicone cylinders diameter 230 mm with lengths up to 2200 mm.
