AIRLESS BOOTH
Glazing booth with airless system, for uniform coverage with slips, glazes, crystallines and protective liquids. Booths available in various sizes and shapes. The system is complete with automatic airless pump with three-piston system, model 3D.
3D PUMP
Automatic airless pump for application of high abrasion products such as glazes, slips and crystallines. The machine is driven by an electric motor coupled to a diaphragm pump, mechanically operated by a 3-piston system at 120° to each other, a solution that combined with a pulsation dampener and 6 glaze outlets, allows optimization of product atomization, achieving full-time operation without personnel intervention. The control system will be able to reach and maintain constant the glaze pressure value set by the operator. The system will be able to reach and maintain constant the glaze pressure value set by the operator, thanks to automatic control software and inverter. The system will manage a photocell for controlling the flow of incoming pieces and in their absence will automatically reduce the operating pressure to a “Standby” value, then promptly restore the Set-point value upon arrival of the next piece. Glaze delivery at constant pressure thanks to pressure sensor with feedback. Electrical panel with PLC and 4.7″ color touch-screen

OPTIONAL:
AUTOMATIC WASHING DEVICE
Composed of:
high-pressure electric pump; rotating nozzles; control panel with PLC and photocell; set of solenoid valves for controlling water/enamel flow. The device performs a thorough automatic wash, creating the necessary space on the glazing line. The washing can be performed manually by the operator by pressing a button or automatically every “x” minutes/hours. During washing, the booth’s wastewater is automatically directed into a separate tank or the drainage channel.
