Compact tile cooler.
Tile cooler, to be positioned on the glazing line to reduce the temperature of pieces before digital decoration with inkjet machines. Klima facilitates uniform and defect-free decoration, extends the life of print heads and eliminates problems arising from vapor release from tiles in transit. Klima is a single-compressor “all-in-one” device and does not require external cooling or condensation units. It does not require cleaning cycles during operation as the machine is not equipped with filters and uses automatic cleaning devices for the cooling radiators. It installs in just a few minutes as it uses the existing transport, avoiding additional supplementary mechanical work such as line interruption or pipe installation.
